The staff here was very friendly and helpful, always meeting our requests with a smile; the location is convenient, close to the garden, tourist shops, and the city center!

The property was modern with compassionate and polite staff on simple request, I enjoyed the stay. The setting was great, near tourist shops, restaurants, the square and the Plaza.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious.

The location here is fantastic, just by the city centre and not too far from Ripley's Believe It or Not.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Hotel Tierrasur in Arequipa. the accommodations were top-notch, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the hotel's proximity to the main square made exploring the area very convenient. It was a truly enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations.

the Superior king room with 2 double beds accommodated us perfectly. the location was great, not too far from Madame Tussauds Orlando. We ordered dinner at their on-site restaurant, Tierrasur.

The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the main square, making it convenient to explore the city. We loved this hotel's location! It was near the center of the city , made it very easy to explore the city center. the staff was amazing - very helpful with maps and tours, and they even gave us a takeaway lunchbox for our early tour. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the lovely terrace. Plus, the cleanliness of the rooms and the nice breakfast spread were definitely noteworthy.
